Information System Project Coordinator

An experienced Information System Project Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience is needed to join our team at Levett Consultancy, a dynamic SME with an excellent reputation for enabling digital transformation using cloud technology based in Ongar on a full-time basis.

We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner and a leading Google partner. Based on our core ethos of 'Keeping Technology Simple,' we work for the business and public sectors.

We're looking for a skilled Information System (IS) Project Coordinator to join our Customer Relationship Team based in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and deliver a variety of technology projects across our valued clients and internal teams.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex technology projects within budget, on time, and to the required quality.

About the Role

As an IS Project Coordinator, you'll drive our Project Management Office, overseeing various digital transformation projects and ensuring they stay on track, within budget, and meet their objectives. This involves leading project initiation, managing resources, and, most importantly, achieving customer satisfaction.

To help you succeed, we'll provide a comprehensive training programme tailored to your development. We'll also give you full BCS membership and support you in achieving the prestigious Chartered IT Professional (CITP) status, demonstrating our commitment to your career growth.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, especially in delivering digital transformation solutions built around Cloud Platforms
  • Proven ability to manage project resources, create plans, and ensure project delivery meets agreed deadlines
  • Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies
  • Experience in managing Information Technology change projects and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ability to review IT environments and develop improvement plans
  • Skilled in using project management systems for managing multiple projects
  • In-depth knowledge of business process mapping and design

Key Certifications:

A relevant Degree/postgraduate qualification in IT or management disciplines and at least two of the following certifications:

  • PRINCE2
  • AgilePM
  • ITIL

Desirable Certifications:

  • Google or Microsoft technical certifications are a plus
