Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level support to senior leaders: diary management, meeting coordination, and travel planning
- Be the first point of contact for both internal teams and external partners, managing communication via phone and email
- Oversee general office operations, including liaison with building management and maintenance of supplies and facilities
- Assist with tenant and partner engagement, supporting logistics for meetings, site visits, and asset initiatives
- Deliver administrative project support including report preparation, data entry, and system updates
- Manage routine financial and administrative tasks such as expense claims, invoice tracking, and supplier interactions
- Support team culture through organisation of small-scale events and engagement activities
Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or hybrid EA/OM role, ideally within logistics, real estate, or professional services
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication; confident, professional, and tactful
- Strong computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn new systems quickly
- Flexible and collaborative—comfortable switching between executive support and office operations
