FryerMiles are excited to be partnering with a top 10 accounting firm, to assist in hiring for an Assistant Audit Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage audit assignments from planning to finalisation, identifying risks and providing solutions.
- Demonstrate strong writing, research, and presentation skills, being proficient in MS Office.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, anticipating and addressing client needs.
- Communicate effectively, considering reputational, operational, and credit risks.
- Monitor budget progress, manage timelines, and identify areas for improvement in client processes.
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to client growth.
- Commit to team success, fostering a positive attitude and initiative to improve processes.
- Treat colleagues with fairness and respect, and offer constructive feedback for growth.
- Mentor and coach junior staff, providing on-the-job training and sharing knowledge.
- Influence activities internally and externally, shaping directions and outcomes.
Desired skills:
- ACA/ACCA/CA qualified
- Strong auditing experience and knowledge of accounting standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Passionate about client service with a results-driven approach
