Our client is a highly respected and well established Asset Finance division of a successful banking operation. Due to growth they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service to both customers and brokers.
The successful candidate will manage in life customer enquiries from onboarding through to end of lease ensuring delivery of Service Level Agreements and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities will include;
- Professional Call Handling and Listening Skills
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast paced environment, respond promptly and efficiently to Customer enquiries
- Ability to raise statements/ invoices and deal with queries relating to these
- Manage HPI queries, including change of vehicle keeper and change of registration plates
- Ability to review and raise settlement quotes (full & partial) and complete terminations
- Ability to reconcile account queries and challenge where necessary
