Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Assess and record students' progress, and provide feedback to help them improve.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and active participation among students.
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders to enhance the educational experience of the children.
- Participate in and contribute to training sessions and staff meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Proven experience as a KS1 Teacher or in a similar teaching role.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
