We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Music Teacher to cover a term starting in January 2025. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for music and education, aiming to inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver high-quality music lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of abilities.
- Encourage students' musical development through both practical and theoretical instruction.
- Organize and support school musical events and performances.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching music at the secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of the music curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
