A renowned secondary school within the London Borough of Hounslow are looking for a dedicated and dependable School Facilities Assistant to become a part of their site facilities team.
The role requires a rotating shift pattern. Earlies and lates. 40 hour week.
Duties will include:
- Opening and closing the school premises
- Ensuring the security of the school buildings and grounds
- Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work as required.
- Regular monitoring and inspection of the school premises
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the school
- Reporting any health and safety issues to the Site Facilities Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a facilities or caretaking role.
- Basic maintenance and DIY skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Willingness to work a shift pattern.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
