The German Speaking Credit Controller will be responsible for managing customer accounts for a global firm, ensuring the timely collection of payments. The role requires fluency in both English and German. The company are based in Witney and offer hybrid working.

Description

German Speaking Credit Controller:

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with customers to address any payment issues.
  • Chasing debts by phone/email.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Monitoring and control of debt/Aged debt overview.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all aspects of credit control.
  • Prepare monthly reports on account status and collection progress.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall objectives of the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Utilise a working knowledge of German and English to liaise with international customers.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the credit control process within the company.

Profile

A successful German Speaking Credit Controller should have:
