Responsibilities of this role:
- Role is for a social worker in the younger adult's team working with individuals between age 18 and 25.
- Main focus of team is for those young people with a learning disability.
- Experience of MCA and Care Act essential.
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have minimum of 2 years' post qualified experience.
