Graduate Administrator

A global Aerospace company based close to Fareham are currently seeking a graduate to support their customer department. This company has a fantastic working culture and is the perfect gateway to get into a career within industry. This role will give you excellent commercial experience. The job will be at least until Christmas but hopefully will extend well beyond this.

The Role

The role is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to step into the commercial world. This role will be administrative and you will be trained. Activities will include:

  • Data input of customer order
  • Cross checking of information across different computer systems
  • Booking in parts and physically checking the documentations matches the product
  • Collaborating with other members of the team who take your work on to the next stage
  • Liaison with internal staff to flag queries when there are discrepancies

The Ideal Candidate

This is a great role for someone with a strong degree classification (First or high 2:1), communication skills, and a strong work ethic. You will need to be proactive, able to multi-task and capable of making a decision using your own initiative. Previous commercial experience such as a placement year would be an advantage but not essential, the most important thing is being super keen to learn and get on.
