Are you an experienced Programme Manager with a passion for the Automotive industry? ?? We have a fantastic temporary position available for the right candidate to join the team and lead groundbreaking programmes at our client's prestigious organisation based in Crewe!??

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage programmes and complex projects from definition to successful delivery ???
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, focusing on conflict resolution and effective change management ??
  • Implement strong monitoring and controls, successfully managing cross-functional complexities ??
  • Manage internal and external teams in a matrix environment, ensuring excellent resource allocation ??

�? Key Deliverables:

  • Plan and setup programmes using appropriate governance and delivery methodologies ??
  • Define programme scope and goals, ensuring alignment with stakeholders ??
  • Develop financial and resource forecasts, monitoring and reporting on expenditure ??
  • Maintain accurate project plans and work breakdown structures, identifying dependencies ??
  • Proactively manage risks and issues, escalating as necessary ??
  • Ensure technical solution designs meet business needs ?
  • Define and execute change management strategies ??
  • Maintain effective programme communications through stakeholder analysis and comms plans ??

�? Skills/Experience:

  • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-wide projects and programmes ??
  • In-depth knowledge of Programme Management principles ??
  • Experience handling ambiguous deliverables and breaking them down into structured tranches ??
  • Advanced influencing, negotiation, and communication skills ??
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively �?
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities across multiple projects ??
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail ??

??? Practical and Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in core Project Management techniques, methodologies, and tools ???
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies �???
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Computing/Business Administration �?
  • Advanced Project and Programme Management accreditation, such as Prince2 or Agile/SAFe ??

?? This is a temporary position with a contract length of five months, ending on 31st December 2024. With the potential for extension.
