Company Overview
You will be joining a Global Consultancy firm as their Assistant Management Accountant on an initial 12 month FTC. Part of a close-knit team of 4, you will report directly into the Finance Manager who will be there to support your transition into the business. Based in their modern City of London office 3 days a week, you will have the flexibility to work from home for the remaining 2 days in order to promote a fair work-life balance.
Role Responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts, performing intercompany reconciliations, conducting cost analysis, developing financial models, providing support during the annual Audit, ensuring compliance with financial regulations/standards, performing general ledger account reconciliations and reviewing cashflow statements.
Role Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to be actively pursuing a further Accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA), possess relevant Management Accounting experience and be available to start in mid-August. You will be a confident and mature individual who can present to senior stakeholders in a professional and concise manner. You will have a fantastic work ethic and demonstrate a proactive approach to all tasks. You will be confident with the use of Accounts software such as SAP and Chrome River. You will be proficient with Excel and be quick to learn new systems.

You will receive an annual salary of up to £40,000 + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate. You will be joining a very collaborative, high-performing and enthusiastic team who will be on hand to support you with your continued learning and development. You will have flexible hybrid working options and when you are based in their London office, you will be located in a great area of the City, close to multiple transport links and top attractions. You will join the business on an initial fixed term contract basis but there could be scope for the role to be extended or made permanent, depending on circumstances.
