Reed Business Support are currently working exclusively with a national brand for our Kent based client in securing them a Sales Administrator role.

The ideal Sales Administrator would need to be able to demonstrate relevant experience with the below duties:

Sales Administrator duties:

  • Liaising with customers/clients via phone, email and website enquiries.
  • Creating and issuing quotes, following up as necessary.
  • Ordering parts for jobs and office supplies.
  • Ensuring invoices are issued and followed up as necessary.

The ideal Sales Administrator will have experience in the below:

  • Working within the trade industry is essential Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Clean full UK driving licence.
  • Must have experience in the heating and plumbing field. Ideally commercial heating.
  • A good work ethic and positive, can-do attitude.
  • Proficient IT skills including a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages and XERO.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the plumbing and gas industries. Monday – Friday 7:30/8 to 5:30.
