Finance Manager
Location: Brighouse, West Yorkshire
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Our client, is seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a key role within the business, working closely with the Senior Leadership team to help drive the business forward. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing the company's financial processes and systems
- Preparing monthly management accounts, reports and analysis for senior management
- Managing accounts, payroll, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Providing strategic financial guidance to support business decision-making
Requirements:
- Recent experience in a similar role is essential
- Proficiency in accounts management and an understanding of payroll (currently outsourced to external accountant)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
