Role: Senior IT Support Engineer

Salary: Up to £40,000
Our client, a Managed IT & Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner is searching for an experienced and technically minded IT Support Engineer to join the team ASAP!

Role Overview
As an IT Support Engineeryou will be responsible for providing L2 & L3 solutions for their clients, acting as a senior point of escalation and also being involved in project work.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for escalations from the service desk
- Oversee the provision of support to multiple clients across various sectors.
- Hands on assistance with a range of exciting projects relating to Microsoft cloud solutions, virtualisation, disaster recovery, and more
- Ensure that SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are being met in an efficient and timely manner
- Act as a central point of contact between the service desk, clients, and projects department
Person Specification:
- Strong technical experience around the M365 stack
- Good understanding of Networks
- Strong experience with Azure Virtual Desktop
- Strong understanding of Windows Servers (any versions)
- Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider would be beneficial
