Remaining proudly independently owned, this thriving finance firm is expanding and is now seeking to recruit an attentive Administrator who is confident in providing first-class administration support within a fast-paced environment.

Built on solid foundations, this firm is known for offering flexible funding solutions to thousands of customers who return repeatedly, thanks to the team's seamless service. As an Administrator, the successful candidate will be pivotal to the customer's experience and ensure the smooth delivery of finance options as the 'go-to' person for all administration tasks relating to the sale.

What's in it for you?

  • Work hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an hour unpaid lunch
  • Salary: £22,000 - £25,000
  • 25 days plus bank holidays
  • PMI - £30 contribution
  • Group life assurance - 4 x annual salary

Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Create customer documents and handle all incoming documents, ensuring they are completed accurately and filed correctly
  • Collaborate with funders to propose deals, chase outstanding deals, and arrange funding delivery dates
  • Carry out credit and ALM searches to ensure the finance deals can be approved
  • Handle invoicing tasks, which include raising invoices and credit notes
  • Answer incoming calls, filtering them to the correct contacts and supporting customers where possible

Administrator Skills and Experience:

  • Has built a solid foundation in administration and is experienced in supporting a fast-paced sales team with all administration tasks
  • Superb organisation and time management skills, able to successfully prioritise workloads and is adaptable to a changing workload
  • A terrific team player who is also confident working independently and using their initiative
  • Computer literate with great working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, and is confident using CRM systems
  • Possesses Maths and English GCSEs at grade C or above
  • Attentive and detail-orientated with the ability to produce accurate work
