Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Location: Windsor

Remuneration:

  • Daily Rate From: £500
  • Daily Rate To: £600
  • Contract Length: 6 months

Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of their business processes and systems.
  • Gather, document, and validate their business requirements.
  • Translate their business requirements into functional specifications for IT development.
  • Work closely with their IT teams to ensure solutions meet their business needs and align with their strategic goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Develop process models and workflows to support system implementations.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions for process improvements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure quality solutions.
  • Provide support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user training materials.

Qualifications:

- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and validation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with process modelling tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are desirable.
