A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join an established and successful school tour operator. This is a Monday-Friday role and can be remote or hybrid with a salary of up to £50,000 plus commission.
Business Development Manager responsibilities:
- Identifying new product, audience and territory opportunities to increase the range of trips that schools book
- Develop scalable plans and oversee their delivery to agreed targets
- Provide commercial support for other business cases as required
- Grow sales from British International schools
- Other projects as required
- Report on KPI's
Business Development Manager skills:
- Experience of working in a commercial, sales or business development role in the travel sector for a minimum of 7 years.
- Have a good understanding of the market and identify growth opportunities
- Must be an effective communicator, have strong inter-personal skills and be a good team player
- Strong attention to detail, planning, problem solving and organisational skills
- Must have a high level of written and spoken English
