Major Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a professional SME based in the Burnley area who are seeking a Sales Administrator to start immediately. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm and free on site parking is available.
Duties and tasks will include:
- First point of contact for customer enquires / orders via phone and email.
- Process sales and purchase orders.
- Maintain customer documents providing updates and information in relation to ongoing orders.
- Weekly reporting to customers on stock updates
- Liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain stock provisions and forecasts
- General administrative duties
- Salary displayed is starting salary, with rapid increases within probationary period
