We are working with a company looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join their team, providing compliant quality assurance services and promoting excellent customer outcomes.

The role:

  • Regular reviews on customer interactions and complaint handling with all team members within the Client Relations Team and on occasion, the wider department.
  • Give written and verbal feedback to the client relations team manager and individuals.
  • Reinforce positive feedback and detailed feedback summaries, highlighting areas of improvement.
  • Identify patterns leading to poor outcomes suggesting action plans to prevent it from reoccurring.
  • Prepare and maintain robust review records, alongside providing regular MI within the Client Relations Team and wider business.
  • Represent the brand values within your role.
  • Working with colleagues to make sure deadlines are met.
