**The Role
As this role sits within the New Build team, it is essential that you have this experience. Ideally 12 months as a fee earner with New Build files being part of this
- You will manage a case load of new build transactions from inception to completion
- Responsible for chasing various documentation, ID, mortgage offers and searches
- You will ensure clients and introducers of business receive the best possible service
