RG Consultancy are working with an excellent company based in Eccles who are looking for an all round accounts assistant to join them on a full time permanent basis, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is looking to do an all round role but assist with some month end duties.
You will be joining a small finance team (2) and a small team overall.
Duties:
- End to end purchase ledger
- BACs payment runs
- Processing invoices
- Matching and coding invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit controller duties; chasing debt via telephone and email.
- Assisting with accruals and prepayments
- Other adhoc duties
Skills:
- AAT qualifications or similar
- Accounting software experience such as SAGE
