The Building Surveyors' role
The successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects across various sectors including commercial, office, healthcare, education and retail.
As well as this, the Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing professional services such as dilapidations, party wall, technical due diligence, defect analysis and condition surveys.

The Building Surveyor
The successful Building Surveyor will ideally come from a consultancy background and have both project and professional experience behind them.
- RICS Accredited Degree
- MRICS qualification is ideal but on the APC pathway / keen to complete this process is perfect
