Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver - Level D
Location: Manchester
Hours: Nights, start time 18:00pm
Pay rate: £16 - £20 depending on experience
Workchain is currently seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our client in Manchester on a temporary basis. As a leading recruitment agency in the UK, we are dedicated to finding the right candidates for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate HGV Class 1 vehicles in accordance with all relevant legislation and company policies
- Transport goods and materials to various destinations in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform vehicle checks before and after each journey to ensure roadworthiness
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and complete any necessary paperwork
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
Qualifications:
- Valid HGV Class 1 licence - Level D
- Driver CPC qualification
- Digital tachograph card
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations
