The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting accurate property valuations (Approx 15 per week)
- Listing properties for sale
- Producing 360 tours and video reels for new listings (Training given)
- Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Generating new business through proactive marketing and networking
- Providing expert advice on the local property market
- Contributing to the agency's growth and success
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in residential property sales and valuations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the Coalville and North West Leicestershire property market
- Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Proficiency in relevant property software and MS Office suite
- NAEA, ARLA, RICS qualification (desirable)
