We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team at Newground, on a 6 Month FTC. As an Administration Assistant, you will provide vital support to the administrative functions of the company.

Requirements

Primary responsibilities of the Administration Assistant include:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and update databases and filing systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communicating with internal and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Salary of £23,088 per annum
  • Annual pay scale increase
  • 27 days holiday (rising to 32 over 5 years' service) + bank holidays
