Regional Maintenance Manager wanted
Location: Bristol and Wiltshire (hybrid position with travel to multiple sites)
Length: 3 months, temporary ongoing
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Responsible for supporting the Estates Manager in delivering operational services across multiple sites
- Lead and monitor special projects, support collaborative working with external consultants and contractors, and deputise for the Estates Manager when required
- Hold complete control and management of contractors on site
- Oversee reactive maintenance and PPMs
- Accurately diagnose faults and offer solutions
- Be involved with the creation, monitoring, upholding, providing support and advising on SLAs and KPIs
- Regular liaison with estates staff, subcontractors and Engineers
- Ensure statutory Health & Safety at all times inclusive of environmental compliance
Essential requirements:
- You must have experience of working within estates or maintenance operations within a commercial, public or industrial setting
- Qualified in a trade related discipline
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
