The Role
- Associate or Managing Associate level, with route to develop this individual to Partner
- High levels of autonomy and exposure to all areas of deals provided, including board contact early on
- Excellent career development for the right person in high ranked L500 Team
- Most the existing Partners in this team, originated from MC/ SC firms at this level, before progressing to leadership
- In line with long term growth, they do not have a "last in, first out" mentality, so any potential move into this team is protected – regardless of market movement.
The Work

Very busy team, across both Private & Public M&A – and a strong pipeline of work

Looking for an enthusiastic individual confident across both areas; the team manage:

Takeovers, M&A, ECM, IPOs

No % Split of work provided for this role, with the volume of instructions, they can shape the deals around the individuals interests and/ or strengths

The Partners hold significant influence within the Public M&A space, and is a key area for growth.

Happy for suitable incoming Associates to be sector agnostic – but any previous exposure or interest in FS is beneficial
You Will Be:
- Corporate Associate/ Senior/ Managing Associate with 2 – 6 PQE
- Experienced across Private & Public M&A
- Confident in a client facing role
