Job Title: Estimator
Location: Bridlington
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000
Job Type: Permanent, hybrid remote working
The Role
- Preparing competitive tenders and estimates for large and complex building projects.
- Working closely with other departments including design, construction, sales, and contracts to provide the client with the most cost-effective tender information.
- Pricing all activities, tender adjudication, document submission and meeting with clients

The Candidate
- Experience in estimating/quantity surveying.
- GCSE's in English, Maths and Science and a HNC in construction or a commercial qualification.
- structural steel experience (preferred).
