Hays Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Cullompton to recruit a committed and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a long-term supply role starting in September 2025.
?? Contract Duration: September 2025 - 1st July 2026 (approx.)
?? Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
?? Days per Week: 4 days
Essential Requirements:
- A recognised HLTA qualification
- Proven whole-class teaching experience
- A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning across the primary age range
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
