Role - Marketing Manager
Base Salary - £30,000 - £37,000
Location - York
One of my clients is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team in York. As a leading provider and manufacturer, they are looking for a marketing professional who is passionate about design and has a proven track record in B2B marketing. This role offers the chance to be part of a creative and innovative company that values quality and craftsmanship.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in B2B marketing roles.
- Experience within either the design, home improvement or retail industry.
- Strong social media expertise (both analytical and content creation).
- At least 1 years commercial experience in Marketing Management positions, and 3 years Marketing commercial experience.
Desirable Skills
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Design, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising strategies.
- Strong campaign management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies in line with company objectives and the Marketing Director's vision.
- Identify and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to guide strategic decisions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff to drive marketing initiatives.
- Create and manage content tailored for B2B audiences, with a focus on online channels, particularly social media, to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
