COMPANY PROFILE
Our award-winning client based in Stevenage are looking for a self sufficient Personal Assistant to join their team. You will need to have experience as a PA or Office Coordinator to be able to hit the ground running as this is a fast paced position which is vital to the success of the business.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous Experience as a PA
- Adaptable and a self starter
- Excellent communication skills over the phone and email
- Strong IT skills, excellent working knowledge on Excel
- Organised and efficient
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Multitasker
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage tenant issues and NHBC warranty concerns.
- Support Directors with emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Organise meetings, take minutes, and plan events.
- Handle diary, emails, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate office tasks, post, and filing.
- Ensure office health, safety, IT, and bookings.
- Maintain office equipment, furniture, and supplies.
- Manage expense reconciliation and CEO's rentals.
