Day to Day of the role:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts, tailoring solutions to their unique communication needs.
- Strategically drive sales growth, meeting and exceeding set targets within key accounts.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of the industry, analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify business expansion opportunities.
- Proactively identify and engage new business prospects, showcasing our cutting-edge products and services.
- Skillfully negotiate terms and agreements with clients, aiming for win-win outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and dispatch, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports on account activities, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products, advocating best practices in the industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid experience in a Key Accounts Manager role or similar sales position.
- In-depth knowledge of 2-way radio communication products and their applications or experience of working in a comparable industry
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- A results-oriented approach with a history of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Capable of both independent and collaborative work in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
