Office Admin Manager

We are currently looking to recruit an Office Admin Manager who will be responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations of the solar sales team, as well as administrative tasks, quotations, and customer relationship management.

What does the role involve?

As Office Admin Manager your primary focus will be to support the Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Commercial Director, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the sales department. Additionally, you will compile and report on team activities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and enquiry rates to support decision-making and strategic planning.

The successful candidate will require:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Use of CRM systems and other sales-related software applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of solar PV products is desirable but not essential.
