Finance Analyst
Temporary - at least 6 months
Horsham - hybrid after training and parking on site
£25,000 to £35,000 per annum / £14 to £18 per hour - depending on experience

We are working exclusively with a brilliant business based in Horsham area who are looking for a Finance Analyst to join them. In this role you will be part of an exciting transition period for the business and be able to gain vital experience in a varied role as well as within an exciting and fast paced industry.
You will be working closely with the Senior FBP to support with the day to day running of the department. This is going to be a varied role but day to day could include:
- Analysis of a Finance data including variance analysis, budget analysis and more
- Collecting and collating data
- Support the creation of reports and presentations for senior management
- Assist with project budgeting and tracking
- Assisting to create financial models
- Bringing new ideas on reducing costs and streamlining
What we are looking for:
- Someone with prior experience with data analysis including variance analysis
- ACCA / ACA / CIMA - PQ or Studier is desirable not essential
- Strong Excel skills
- Confident communication skills, able to business partner with stakeholders
- Able to commit to a 6-month role
- Able to commute to Horsham at least 3 days per week (hybrid working is available)
