An opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join an educational institution in Bristol on a temporary basis.
- Hours - Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, hybrid working
- Pay - £15-16 per hour, dependent on experience
You will be responsible for:
- Proactively contacting customers by telephone and email to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of chasing debt
- Management of credit control processes from end to end
- Other adhoc finance duties as and when required from other departments
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working within Credit Control/ Accounts Receivable/ Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel and formulas
- Attention to detail
