Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor (P402)
Travel: Nationwide, Focus on Exeter/Southwest
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 including an Annual Bonus
A Southern company is opening their doors for an Asbestos Surveyor, they are UKAS accredited, specialists within the Asbestos industry and driven for success.
The majority of our client's projects are within the domestic side of things, they do also take on Asbestos Surveys within Commercial and Industrial sites Nationwide. Now, they have a number of housing contracts in Guildford, Kent but there is a big spread throughout the Southeast within their team of 6 Asbestos Surveyors, soon to be 7!
None Negotiables:
- BHOS P402 qualified
- Full UK driving license
- Willingness to travel
- Confident knowledge with IT and TEAMS
Key Duties and Responsibilities of an Asbestos Surveyor:
- Management, Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys on various sites
- To be up to date with asbestos legislation, guidance and industry best practice including UKAS accreditation and quality management arrangements
- To take personal responsibility for maintaining technical expertise and an awareness of current issues in the sector
- To take personal responsibility to meet own billing and productivity targets
- To ensure that the culture of the company is one that is honest and open and values everyone's opinions and contributions
- To contribute to a culture that is positive about the company
- To contribute to a culture that enables PCL to be a learning organisation open to challenge and change
