As an Associate Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company adheres to all applicable regulations and internal policies within the financial services and debt management sector. They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Compliance Analyst to join their team.

Description

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs and policies in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations for compliance with financial regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and data privacy laws.
  • Conduct compliance audits and internal reviews to identify any potential risks or areas for improvement.
  • Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to governing bodies.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues or concerns raised by internal teams or external regulators.
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials and provide guidance on regulatory changes and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, finance, operations) to ensure compliance across departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the compliance framework.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Any experience in a compliance role, preferably in financial services, debt management, or a related industry is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCA, SEC, GDPR, AML) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify risks and implement solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with compliance software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
