Were looking for a highly organised and proactive Insurance Administrator to join our busy and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys managing multiple tasks and keeping everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries and ensure efficient scheduling
  • Keep clients regularly updated on their insurance claims
  • Maintain and update both internal and client systems
  • Order and track materials required for jobs
  • Act as the main point of contact for policyholders during their claims process
  • Take ownership of claims, driving them through to completion

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous insurance experience is beneficial, but not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • A proactive and reliable team player
