Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join a small, close-knit team in Bradford, who provide support across the UK.

The role will be varied but main duties will include:

  • Managing incoming calls and providing assistance to customers, using information to talk through how to fix any system errors.
  • Logging call and updating systems.
  • Taking information from service report sheets via an email system, and closing and updating logs where necessary.
  • Ensuring the diary system is up to date.
  • Booking hotels for colleagues and team members.
  • General admin and customer service support.

About you

  • A n excellent communication, via phone and email.
  • Can work as part of a team, but also manage own workload.
  • Experience of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Working hours for this role are 8.15am - 5.15am, Monday to Friday with 1 hours for lunch. You will also be required to work one day every other weekend but will have a day off during the week.

The role offers hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
