EA/Office Manager

Outstanding permanent opportunity is now available within an international investment firm based in the City of London.

This is a unique role and encompasses a wide range of duties and responsibilities - from EA duties, office management to HR administration.

The role is based at their central London offices four days per week, with one day working remotely. Hours: 9-5.30pm

Duties include:

  • Day-to-day management of the office - including health and safety, security, suppliers
  • Liaising with the IT team to set up new starters and handle any IT issues
  • Liaising with the building management team/landlords
  • HR administration - new starters, sending out HR correspondence, reference requests, leavers
  • Payroll administration
  • Visa - obtaining visas for travel
  • Expenses - collating expenses for the Directors
  • Line Management for an Assistant/Receptionist

Ideal attributes

  • Strong HR administrative knowledge - including payroll administration
  • Office management
  • People management
  • Experience of working in a highly varied support role
  • EA skills at c-suite level
  • Personable, people focussed, operational and a team player
