Office Administrator 25k-28k+Bonus
I'm recruiting on behalf of a market leading finance company who have instructed Reed to find them an amazing Office based individual to join their team in Wakefield.

The role is predominately supporting a sales function. Whilst there is NO SELLING with this role you will be expected to be the lynchpin between Account Managers and Clients.
Key duties include:
- Producing quotations accurately and efficiently for prospective clients
- Manage and update the pipeline of opportunities ensuring all opportunities are followed up and progressed, accurately reflecting the current position on the CRM system
- Provide additional contacts with key client relationships and sales teams to ensure no opportunities are missed and any requirements are fed back to the targeted account managers
- Secure and collate any required information to ensure business proposals are complete and all information included
