We are assisting with a great opportunity for a well established Financial Planning Firm based in Chatham recruit for their next Mortgage Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Experience needed for the role as a Mortgage Administrator:

  • Minimum 1 year Mortgage Administrator experience prior, this must be current

Duties as a Mortgage Administrator include:

  • Your daily tasks will include

  • supporting a team of Mortgage Brokers as well as liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders,surveyors,and insurance providers.

  • To effectively and professionally deal with telephone and email queries accordingly.

  • To demonstrate initiative, have a flexible approach and take responsibility for deadlines and targets.

  • To identify/prioritise workload.

  • Have an eye for detail as have to check important documents.

  • Have an ability to work under pressure and be able to react quickly to developing situations.

  • To work well as part of a small team, offering support to colleagues when required.

Benefits you will receive as a Mortgage Administrator:

  • Basic salary 30K (dependant on experience)
  • Progression into a Mortgage Advisor position within time
