Key Responsibilities as a Solutions Architect
- Developing functional architecture designs for the Homes Transformation project(s).
- Assessing designs created by Solution Designers and Architects.
- Collaborating with the engineering teams to implement solutions, primarily using an agile methodology.
Core experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- Expertise in Domain-Driven Design with practical knowledge of the BIAN framework, TOGAF, and ArchiMate.
- Experience with Mortgages/Homes
- Experience in designing API and microservice architecture solutions.
- Proven ability to define and document both current and target architectures, specifying services and integrated applications while collaborating with stakeholders to establish and implement strategic plans and roadmaps.
- Passionate about fostering change by developing practical, implementable architectures that align with IT principles and adhere to governance frameworks.
- Strong emphasis on collaboration, with excellent communication skills to convey concepts and influence a diverse range of stakeholders and colleagues.
- Knowledge of best practices in planning and organising, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining flexibility and a positive, solution-focused approach.
