in the UK & Ireland and growing significantly. The Inside Sales role is a great opportunity to

leverage your sales skills and abilities in order to expand the number of restaurants that work with

them.

  • Our client can provide the delivery drivers/network if a restaurant doesn't have their own.
  • They can also use their own but instead of rejecting orders if their delivery drivers become too busy they can then lean on our client's delivery network.
  • Their app was the most downloaded delivery app in 2022!
  • They have approximately 81 million users, making it the most popular single app delivery service.
  • Our client surpassed $50 billion in gross bookings in 2021, a 70% increase on the year prior and growing to $55.7billion in 2022.

As the Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of 6-9 sales representatives. Your primary focus will be on building and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver on customer promises, and leveraging your commercial acumen to stay ahead of market trends and competition. You will also utilise your analytical skills to generate business insights and make data-driven decisions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through effective human management.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 6-9 sales representatives, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Provide clear direction, set challenging yet achievable targets, and support team members in reaching their goals.

Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve business objectives, including headcount planning, campaign design, lead allocation, and target setting.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment of priorities and deliver on customer promises.
  • Communicate the team's goals, progress, and challenges effectively to leadership and supporting teams, fostering a spirit of cooperation and shared success.

Analytical Skills:

  • Utilise tools such as Salesforce, GSheets, and SQL to analyse sales data, generate actionable insights, and make informed business decisions.
  • Develop compelling business cases to support strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.

Human Management:

  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members, providing ongoing feedback, upskilling opportunities, and performance evaluations.
  • Drive results through effective performance management, recognising achievements and addressing areas for improvement promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Experience as a people manager of a front-line team, demonstrating effective leadership and coaching skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-growth, startup environment, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to change quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales and consistently deliver on new business targets.
