Asbestos Surveyor Analyst - Bristol Southwest
£30,000 - £38,549 + Monthly Bonus Scheme

The company in mind has won a huge housing association within the Southwest, specifically within Bristol, now they need an experience P402, P403 and P404 qualified Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to join their nationwide, multi-disciplinary, UKAS accredited business to tackle the domestic sitework head on.
A unique part of the company, as mentioned in the heading, is their bonus scheme. A Quality & Productivity Bonus Scheme worth up to £250 a month which adds up to a further £3,000 a year on top of an Asbestos Consultants salary. 95% of site staff take this hope without a problem.
Experience requirements:
- All candidates MUST be BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualified
- Proven industry experience (2 years) in asbestos surveying and air monitoring
- Sound knowledge of air monitoring, clearance testing and asbestos removal management
- Excellent knowledge of UK asbestos legislation
- Good IT skills and experience in using TEAMS systems
Common Duties for an Asbestos Surveyor:
- Accurate assessment of asbestos removal works, detection of asbestos debris and ensuring constant compliance with HSG 247 clearance test.
- Account management for specific clients.
- Communicating with clients and line managers to ensure the smooth running of site work.
- Processing of samples and generating final reports in a timely manner.
- Proactive approach to enhancing professional development by attending monthly took box talks and mandatory training sessions.
- Assisting in the training of less experienced team members.
