Main Duties
Confirm receipt of purchase orders
Serve as the first point of contact for all e-platform customer inquiries
Update customers and manage expectations
Download and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing and delivery dates
Respond to customer emails, price queries, and ETA updates via email and phone
Process purchase orders and invoices
Provide general administrative support
Consistently deliver high levels of customer service
Update content and list products
About You
Experience in sales order processing
Background in online customer service
E-commerce experience (advantageous)
Strong communication skills at all levels
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Applications
Team player with strong organisational skills
Proactive and detail-oriented
