Marketing Executive – Lead Generation

Our company is seeking a Marketing Executive – Lead Generation to grow our digital community and increase engagement. You will be posting content, running campaigns, and responding to the analytical data to improve results on campaigns. The key focus is around increasing website traffic from social media posts and email campaigns, improve engagement on social media platforms, and work closely with the team to improve the customer journey. You will be a team player who provides feedback to internal teams on opportunities to develop & refine processes.

Where: Liverpool (L1)

Salary: £26,000 - £31,000

When: Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm

What will you be doing?

  • Develop lead generation campaign/program strategy, objectives, goals, metrics, and define best practices, standards and processes to drive successful customer acquisition and current customer upsell opportunities.
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans for lead flow. Communicate and educate the sales team on plans and outcomes for better target allotment.
  • Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing leads in a timely manner globalschoolalliance.com.
  • Continuously develop new strategies to increase touchpoints within a customer's journey to optimize conversion rates Design & implement marketing plans for various product lines & campaigns.
  • Develop & manage key relationships with key customers.
  • Co-ordinate with the Head of Growth the development of sales & marketing strategies, as well as implement & report on the progress.
  • Co-ordinate with the Head of Growth on a paid advertisement plan, implement and report on the outcomes.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders within the business & externally in relation to sales & marketing functions.

What we need from you:

  • Computer literacy across multiple sales & marketing related programs, such as Canva, Monday & HubSpot
  • Financial & commercial acumen
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Presentational skills
  • Takes ownership and has a sense of accountability
  • Produce 150 Leads a week
  • Create, launch and manage a min. 6 campaigns a year
  • Be responsible for E-commerce products and subscriptions
  • Attracting and signing up Annual Sponsors
  • Paid advertisements
