Operations Manager
Location: West Yorkshire (in or around Halifax region)
Salary: £48 - 50k plus company car
Contract: Permanent
Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with technical building knowledge, operations management as well as insurance industry experience to join a busy, successful, and expanding contractor in the West Yorkshire area. Due to the nature of the role this will be predominantly office-based with the ability to work from home on an adhoc basis.
Role and Responsibilities;
The successful Operations Manager responsibilities;
- Managing day to day operations in a well-established head office
- Supporting, developing, and recruiting staff
- Developing client relationships
- Ensuring SLA's are met and profitability of projects via your teams
Operations Manager Requirements;
- A background of experience working for contractors in the insurance industry
- Solid technical knowledge in property repairs/reinstatements
- Staff management/support/training experience
- Client relationship management experience
Operations Manager Package
- £48,000 - £50,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
- Company car (electric or hybrid)
- 23 days holiday plus birthday plus bank holidays
- Pension
