Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Location: Burradon, Near Newcastle-Upon-Tyne
Salary: Competitive
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
Purpose of the role:
Reporting to Finance the Finance Controller you will be responsible for processing invoices and providing support to the Logistics team as well as assisting the Financial Controller with weekly/monthly tasks.
Duties:
- Review staff expenses
- Assisting Sales Ledger with orders and raising sales invoices
- Purchase ledger tasks, including invoice processing and supplier statement reconciliations
- Stock reconciliations and assisting with daily costings
- Undertaking administrative duties relating to payroll
- Provide cover in respect of shipping and export documentation
- Administrative support to Livestock department
You will have experience of working within an office environment with a desire to expand your knowledge within the Finance sector. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work well in a team and independently and be proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
